EXHIBITIONS & EVENTS

• Organize and coordinate national and international exhibition participations.
• Develop and manage project timelines, event schedules, and key deadlines.
• Maintain communication with exhibition organizers, suppliers, and external partners.
• Coordinate logistics, transportation, printed materials, and promotional items.
• Ensure exhibition stand design, setup, and branding are aligned with the overall marketing strategy.
• Provide on-site support during exhibitions and events.
• Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event reports and analyses.

MARKETING PROJECTS

• Coordinate a variety of marketing projects across different channels and initiatives.
• Monitor project progress, quality standards, budgets, and deadlines.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas for new initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate external suppliers, agencies, and service providers.

ADMINISTRATION & PLANNING

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and planning tools.
• Monitor and manage project budgets and cost overviews.
• Ensure accurate and structured project administration.
• Proactively identify bottlenecks and provide practical solutions to keep projects on track.

In addition, you recognize yourself in the following:

• MBO+/Bachelor’s degree level, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or Commercial Economics.
• Experience in project coordination, event organization, or marketing project management.
• Experience with exhibition organization is considered a strong advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to perform well under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A proactive, flexible, and hands-on attitude.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and preferably project management tools.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is considered an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep multiple stakeholders aligned.
• Capable of working independently while also being a collaborative team player.
• Enthusiastic, solution-oriented, and eager to contribute to the success of exhibitions, events, and marketing projects.
• Willing to travel occasionally and work flexibly around exhibitions, events, and project deadlines.
